About UTIFlush

UTIFlush exists because UTIs are one of the most common infections in women, and most of the information online is either vague (“drink more water”), inaccurate, or buried in ads for supplements that don't work.

We built this site to provide what we wish had existed: clear, research-backed guidance on what actually works for UTI prevention and natural treatment, who it works for, and when to stop trying home remedies and see a doctor.

Our Editorial Standards

Every article on UTIFlush is held to the following standards:

  • Evidence first: Claims are backed by peer-reviewed research or acknowledged as anecdotal/traditional when the evidence is limited.
  • Honest affiliate disclosures: We earn commissions from some product links. We disclose this prominently and only recommend products we believe in based on the evidence, not commission size.
  • Clear YMYL boundaries: We are not doctors and do not provide medical advice. Every health-claim page includes a clear medical disclaimer. When symptoms warrant a doctor visit, we say so explicitly.
  • Regular updates: Research in this area evolves. We review and update articles when new evidence emerges.
